SHIPMENTS:

For orders placed and paid directly online before 12:00, the shipment will depart the afternoon of the same day, with guaranteed delivery within 2 working days. Delivery to peripheral or hard-to-reach locations, islands, etc. it can provide for longer delivery times (1-2 days more). Shipping by express courier for large packages (such as some sheet metal, bulky items, ...) provides slightly longer delivery times, 3-4 working days for most destinations, except islands and outlying locations.

The customer is required to check the conditions of the package at the time of delivery. If the package is not perfectly intact, withdraw it with reserve, or sign the transport document with the words "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package". Also check the exact correspondence of the number of packages. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly.

When ordering, the shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country and the items in the cart. You can already view the shipping costs directly from your cart, selecting the shipping method (which usually is GLS for Italy and Europe, also for large shipments that provide pallets). All this even before the payment phase (you are therefore not obliged to confirm the order in order to view shipping costs).
